Ballyshannon's best known hostelry - Dicey Reilly's Bar, off-licence and live venue is fast becoming a regular feature of the annual 'Off Licence of the Year Awards'. But the string of awards which the impressive establishment has to its name doesn't stop there as only last February they received their second award this year, the National Award for the best bar and off licence at the 'Licensing World Awards'.

For the music-lovers among us there's no denying that Upstairs @ Dicey's is fast-becoming south Donegal's intimate and most popular live music venue, which has seen some of Ireland's top performers taking to the stage. Juliet Turner, Freddie White, The Four of Us, and Henry McCullough are only a few of the top names who have played the venue during the last year. Award-wining off-licence

And for those wishing to bring a little bit of Dicey's home with them then the award-winning off-licence is always the first port of call. Since it opened in 2003 it has won the 2005 and 2006 Connaught/Ulster Off Licence, Brendan and Sinead have been increasing their range of products available, especiality in the specialty beers and wine departments.

The selection of specialty beers has increased to 140 exciting beers of which 50 are available in the bar. Also our wine selection has expanded with a special emphasis on various countries thru out the year..

Also wine appreciation courses are run over a 6 week during the year and various wine nights are held thru out the year. Every November dicey's plays host to one of the largest wine fairs outside of Dublin, and the proceeds from the Wine fair goes towards the local school Colaiste Cholmcille.

Wine Hampers are a specialty at dicey's for any occasion whether it be Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day, Easter or even a Speciality beer hamper for Dad on Fathers Day! Hampers can be tailor made to suit everybody's needs.

And with all this on offer there's no doubt that Dicey's is the leading Off Licence in Connaught and Ulster.
